Transportation at Night

To use the metro, you need to buy a transportation card for about 20:25 Dhs. You could get it from any metro/bus station and it is valid for metro, buses, and even taxis.
The card is rechargeable, and you could buy a balance also from metro stations anywhere.
Dubai metro has two main lines of two colors; red and green. both of them are covering the entire city. 
Metro in Dubai stops working by 1200 am. so you need to know that if you wanted to catch the latest one, you have to be at the station before 1200 am. Just after the metro closes, you then could get a taxi to go wherever you want or use Uber services.

• Dubai Creek Dinner
